Yeongwol Youth Co. is a local brand company that links Yeongwol's food, old spaces and people's stories into a single journey.

Founder

CEO Jeong Mi-na

After returning to her hometown of Yeongwol in 2019, Jeong Mi-na started with a small bakery on Deokposijang-gil. Putting Yeongwol's specialties and stories into bread led to reviving an old house as a stay and weaving the alleys into an experience.

    Coming home to Yeongwol

    Jeong Mi-na returned to her hometown and began working locally.

    Idalen Yeongwol's story aired as 'A big dream grows in a small country bakery'.

    Tourism Dure support

    With support from the Tourism Dure program, we expanded local tourism content.

    Company founded

    Yeongwol Youth Co. was incorporated.

    We won the grand prize at the Dure-ieum DAY speech contest.
